Most universities will not be interested because they believe perpetual motion is impossible. You will need some proof that your concept will actually work else they will politely ignore you.

A physical build that actually works is the first step before approaching any university, else you will be considered just another ignorant crack pot.

Just my opinion.

Lets get real here. You come to a forum and make a claim without any real proof and expect people to fall all over themselves to kiss your behind?

There have been a lot of people in the past doing the same thing.

Go to a university? You may have a better chance if you become a student or you may not get past the front door This way your professor can claim it. Universities have claims of things every day and you in their mind will be just another turn down, for they don't have the time to help you prove your idea and of course it is impossible, so why try (in their eyes).

i don't expect anything...i would like some things to transpire but as far as what to expect,i am learning.you all don't know me...and that in itself is the very thing that makes you skeptical.but it's okay.if you did you would know what i know because i have told all my friends and family.meanwhile, the wheel is being built.

No. The thing that makes people skeptical is that you claim to know "Bessler's Secret" but have yet to substantiate that claim with any evidence.

kinda like Bessler himself...even though he,unlike me,had a wheel turning...then people still thought it was a fake.

But you don't have a turning wheel. Correct?

...in a sense you heard it from the horses own mouth.
From the powersource...?
It's not a concept, but a phenomena.
Two wheels ... is on the right path.

Why don't you just show us your idea so we can evaluate it?

What is the purpose of saying that you've figured it out and then not posting anything to prove it?
