Very nice. Induction from the rim. Latest study available in Europe says we can get 85% from renewables by 2040.

Still, if you install one of those on a turkey farm, you need to clip the birds' wings to keep 'em grounded.
If you think you have an overunity device, think again, there is no such thing. You might just possibly have an unexpectedly efficient device. In which case you will be abducted by MIB and threatened by aliens.

Just something to add about whether it is worthwhile.

Just as I guessed. So this is going to make my bicyle wheel with yoghourt pot sails a real winner, 'cos it cost's nothing to build. That it doesn't produce any noticeable juice is irrellevant, because you are saving money and being green.

Nick,

Build it here in Oregon, you will get funding, accelerated tax depreciation and lucrative incentives.

As for the wind blowing; I ran into a gentleman the other day who asked me 'how long has this wind been blowing'. I replied that I did not know as I have only lived here since 1974.

I like the way the generator is placed at the edges of the wheel rather than geared at the axle.

And I laugh imagining Bessler leaving a couple of windows open to allow the breeze to spin his wheels!
