Randi News
This is new on Randi's WebSite. He changes content every Friday.
PERPETUAL EMOTION
Here are just a few comments recently issued by Elias Reminton, the guy in Arkansas who has such a firm grasp of reality. He's the one who said that my presence prevents Perpetual Motion Machines from operating. To retain the charm of his delusion, original spelling and usage are retained...
Shape has a resonant value, water responds to such VALUE ... microwave waveguide design and acustic knowledge is verry helpfull here ... The operator effect factor and ambient ones must be eliminated ... Just try to operate a PM motor in front of James Randy ... You will definitely understand my point ... Unit froze dead as he entered room ... HE is PAID for denial ... WORKS for CIA as a PK disrruptor and neutralizing Agent ... Mission to Discredit ALL NON physicaly traceable phenomena related to Paranormal events ... HE HAS a 1 million dollar prize for the one demostrating OU ... But his requirements are so demanding you will need to spend 2 million to get one. He is NOT willing to PAY for any R&D as his only function is to supress ... Just Read his requirements for proff of OU ... (Overunity ) I rest my case ...
Get Well published testing of WATER programing (Homeophathy) and James Randi ... Discovery channel has 2 doccumentarys on the subject ... I KNOW what James Randy is ... and I Know Why PM Motors FAIL ... HAD you REPLICATED a Working One .... ? had you seen the LIQUID light ODIC force it Emanates? had you being inside a time space anomaly created by a ZPE hi power device? Built them and find out is the only way...
Hmmm. Maybe Elias got an overdose of "odic force," or is lost somewhere in a "time space anomaly," we just don't know. Well, I now rest my case...
As we'll I heard a commercial for a new reality T.V. show where a Billionare will give a million dollars to anyone who impresses him. Seems to me a p.m. device should qualify.
Best Regards,
Michael

Randi gets to take all the pictures he wants and to use them as he wants AS HIS PROPERTY. The pictures are worth more than $1 million for something as newsworthy as PM. You shouldn't give Randi a second glance.

For a million bucks, he can keep the machine (after his check clears, of course....)

It isn't the machine it is the news pictures he got for a million and he will sell for much more.

If you were going to release the design to the general public anyway, nobody is going to pay him anything!Kirk wrote:It isn't the machine it is the news pictures he got for a million and he will sell for much more.

Besides, I believe he would backpeddle and decide that PM really isn't "paranormal" after all (which it isn't IMO) and get out of the deal that way.
But this is all just speculation until something really happens....

The Rodney King video was sold in excess of 10^5 $ and PM is enormously more of a storyMrTim wrote:If you were going to release the design to the general public anyway, nobody is going to pay him anything!

This is in his initial contract, that is true. I have been assured by a friend of his though that Randi would sign a non-disclosure agreement. Meaning he wouldn't publish anything until the inventor deemed it okay. It is up to said inventor on how much he gives Randi aside from showing tha machine anyway. Everything else would be Randi's take on it. As per a T.V. program on said invention, there's no reason why new and seperate contracts couldn't be worked out so said inventor reaps fair payment from this. Nothing is sealed in stone.
Randi wouldn't backpeddle, he has stated many times PUBLICLY that a perpetual motion machine qualifies.

re: Randi News
ahr yes that would be hector (elias)
his RV independent replications are all over the net, and he seems like he knows alot about radiant energy states and resonance etc,
i watch his posts closely, his pdf that i published on the board is a great reading and learning tool, again the RV is the only over unity device i have ever seen on the net that has independent replications and looks like you can build from OTC (over the counter) materials..
again look up the post by me called, 'quantum pendulum from a nut case'
thats hectors idea of perpetual motion he gave it away..

1.Randi refuses to change any of the rules in his contract. Period. That means no NDA.
2.Randi sends you to an individual from the sceptics society to show your device or ability, it is not shown to Randi until someone he appoints who is not associated with the contract is first shown.
Next let me post just one of the emails between the JREF and myself and you will understand their tactics. Name changed for privacy.
>Dear Sir,
>
>I am in receipt of your letter of acceptance for the One Million Dollar
>challenge, however I have several questions that need to be addressed.
>My name is John William Doe but your letter of acceptance addresses me as
>John William which can become a legal impediment of the contract.
>Also you have not included complete contact information to which I may
>contact Mr. Wayne Tytell@NYASk.
>
>If you are referring to the following then I will proceed to contact him.
>New York Area Skeptics (NYASk), Wayne Tytell, 159 Melrose Ave., E.
>Massapequa, NY 11758, (516-798-6902).
>
>Also stated on the challenge contract is the following:
>"Upon properly completing this document and receiving it back signed on
>the reverse by JR, the applicant becomes eligible for the preliminary
>test, which, if successful, will result in the formal test."
>
>I have not received the original document signed by JR which again becomes
>a legal hindrance from the contract. Please clarify my concerns so that
>we may commence our testing. My email address is jwd@nomail.com
>
>Sincerely,
>John William Doe
Dear Mr. John William Doe,
Thank you for your email. I hope I can clarify your concerns.
Firstly, YES please contact Mr. Wayne Tytell.
Secondly, I wouldn't be concerned with the letter addressed to "John
William", being of any legal impediment, particularly since you now have
THIS email which is addressed properly. Rest assured that JREF's integrity
is of the highest order. We do not weasle out of tests, nor do we attempt
to deprive any claimant their due rights under the rules of the challenge,
despite what you may have heard from the mouths of our numerous
detractors. The fact that NO APPLICANT has EVER passed preliminary testing is NOT a testament to our lack of integrity, but rather to the fact that no applicant has even clearly demonstrated under controlled conditions that their claim is a valid one. That said, regardless of the results, each and every claimant walsk away cheated, believing fully in their own self-deception, and ignoring wholly the facts provided by the test.
All tests are conducted under the most stringent scientific conditions.
Please be prepared to cooperate with those conditions, yet to be arrived at.
And finally, as regards your final question, Mr. Randi will sign and
return the application to you ONLY after you have agreed to the test
protocol, and a test date and location has been clearly established.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
That was not the terms of the Randi contract "Mr. Randi will sign and
return the application to you ONLY after you have agreed to the test
protocol, and a test date and location has been clearly established.
They sent the contract back but not signed then expected us to show our device to some stranger that is not associated with the contract.
So I'll believe in a Randi NDA when he provides one.
This is just one of the many emails between JREF and myself and in each new email they twist and change the rules for their benefit.
My advice to anyone with a paranormal ability or device.
Stay far far far away from JREF.
re: Randi News
>Not true.
Yes Tommy it is true. The person in mention is Eric Krieg, the one who got Randi to open his prize to the free energy community in the first place.

I am just pointing out from my experience and dealings with the JREF.
Read in the contract posted online at the Randi site.
"Upon properly completing this document and receiving it back signed on
the reverse by JR, the applicant becomes eligible for the preliminary
test, which, if successful, will result in the formal test."
Then after I questioned it they changed the story. When I said that I must have an NDA before I show it to someone not named in the contract they told me no! I did'nt ask them for an NDA just the outside party that first needed to see it. Then finally after many disputes via email and our agreeing to show it to this person without showing them the principle they then disqualified us from the offer and told me to reapply next year. LOL
It's a bogus offer, if not a complete waste of time to say the least.

I guess this URL:

has already been pointed out, here...
Anyway, I can't help 'underlining'it again. :))

Sorry but that web site is pure bunk. First of all Randi's rules seem very fair to me. They are made that way so the test won't be judged by an objective viewpoint. The the author of that site is then trying to say that it's Randi's objective viewpoint that is the final judge. Don't think so. It's what's agreed upon in the contract per each claim that's the final judge. Also he uses this;
>"The scientific community, too, must bear the blame. When a Mississippi inventor obtained the signatures of some thirty Ph.D.'s (most of them physicists) on a document attesting that he had discovered a genuine "free-energy" machine (essentially a perpetual motion device), and when the U.S. Patent office issued a patent in 1979 to another inventor of a "permanent magnet motor" that required no power input, there was little reaction from the scientific community. The "cold fusion" farce should have been tossed onto the trash heap long ago, but justifiable fear of legal actions by offended supporters has stifled opponents." [Click here for the real scientific facts].
This is regarding Newman. Anyone really have a problem with this?
Finally the last example of the guy living on just water. The claim must be verified by a test, not just a claim. It is understanable why Randi had the response he did.

I haven't read that link but I have heard of the indian who says he only needs a small amount of nourishement and just a damp cloth to suck on to survive. It is a known established fact that the average human can go over a week without water and over 40 days without food.
