Scott?

Post by Michael »

Hi Scott,

I posted today under Alan's thread and the post is now gone. Any idea what happened? It's weird, it says the last person to post was patrick but there's nothing there under him either.

Hi Scott, a couple of weeks ago I started getting "Interet Explorer Script Errors" messages occuring every time I look at or go back to the main discussion topics page (didn't have any trouble for the first month). This is driving me nuts - any ideas about how to fix this or what it causing it to happpen now?

i get an error whenever the most moves over any topic heading ..."Cursor property...."

but only occurs on some pcs i use. I just use the keyboard to hit "n" and then click the topic with mouse (cant use mouse to click "No" on debug option as it occurs again as soon as mouse moves over forum index.)

thanx

I don't know what you guys are talking about, I've only gotten one error message, and that was today, about debugging mode or something. Otherwise everything works great. This really doesn't make much sense, I post more than the rest of you.

on 2 pcs (XP pro, IE 6) no errors at all - on a win2k pc (not sure what IE version) errors occur. Maybe a setting within IE. No big deal. Dont think its relevant to # posts - just config. Not to discredit the board, its great.

Hi Michael,
As far as I can tell, your post on Sat 29 Nov, 2003 (Post subject: re: Centripetal/Centrifugal anomolies) went through fine and is available here:
http://www.besslerwheel.com/forum/viewt ... ?p=320#320

The board automatically paginates topics at 25 posts per page, and Alan's topic now has 2 pages of responses (with your last post on the second page). Is that possibly why you couldn't find it?

Hey Guys,
Sorry about that. I did introduce a small change to the script that I tested on two versions of IE and Mozilla, but apparently it is not supported by all browsers out there. I have now reverted the change, so I think you should stop seeing the errors. Please let me know...
Thanks,
Scott
