.....this time is a fancy "toy",an illusion of "self" continuous motion ,due to gravity fall and rotational inertia...but the real source of motion is a "hidden inside" electric battery.

Never to say never (theory ),before to make a short attempt (reality ).

Fireworks and our sophisticated guns,have the same prime line:one-end closed tube+explosive powder...but what a difference between a "sparkling" star-like joy,life and a stupid death...the same thing about our imagination...

The first "letter" about the simple machines (any kind ! ) is lever (the leverage process).

The machine or mobile presented above was not "still born"... It simply requires a magnet embedded in the end of the main stick, a "Hall coil/switch in the base and two to four AAA batteries. I have one sitting on a book case.

Battery life is good for up two two years.

-we can play continuous rotation

Our incertitude (the only one! ) is related to "self" motion , due to gravity unbalance and inertia.

For robotics , the inverted pendulum is a basic starting image (concept) , so to maintain stability.
