re: Perpetual Motion & Crop circles
after recently reveiwing a special on them on the abc in australia about 2 weeks, ago, im convinced that there is objective content in there.
prof evert thinks so as well, check his site with the reference to the circles.
he claims there is some sense in them, and looks to apply them to alt energy.

IMHO, all crop circles that are more than simple collections of circles are fake (all the ones above), and all the ones that are real don't mean anything, they just happen. They 'just happening' may be associated with UFOs, but I'm quite convinced it's not aliens.
Disclaimer: I reserve the right not to know what I'm talking about and not to mention this possibility in my posts. This disclaimer also applies to sentences I claim are quotes from anybody, including me.

Hello epi & Jonny boy
Crop circle of the alien is complicated and it's hard to believe it's man-made. The kitty image is of a man-made one (for obvious reasons....lol), and is also of good quality.
Aliens & crop circles....never say never
I watched the same documentary, it's one of the better ones! After recently viewing a special on them on the abc in Australia about 2 weeks ago

Re: re: Perpetual Motion & Crop circles
there is no way you will be able to tell who did them they are so well done, if your not directly there when they are being done then there is no way of telling so why try and figure out who did them?epistemologicide wrote: im convinced that there is objective content in there..
why be a skeptic on some thing you have no way of knowing for sure unless emperically being witness.
thats whay i dont question who did them, i couldent care less. like i said i look for objective content in them. and in all things.

Occasionally we have graffiti pop up overnight on our fences and buildings, etc. Some of it is rude, some of it is creative, some of it is funny. All of it is a pain in the butt to remove. But no one seems to know how it gets there!
Even though we can't be 100% sure, we strongly suspect people.

I found a good website a while back on German crop circles, with pictures of some from the Kassel area. There are some very interesting designs.
Here is the link to the website with pictures of the most recent circles:

re: Perpetual Motion & Crop circles
So what do the crop circles really mean? (The following account is taken from a well-known incident.)
A farmer and his brother respond to the frightened screams of the farmer's daughter. They rush through the stalks to find her out in the cornfield, where the rows have been flattened to form a mysterious pattern. It appears to be a message from supernatural, perhaps extraterrestrial, forces. “What are they trying to tell us?” wonders the farmer. Then the camera pans out to reveal the crop circle's actual shape: an arrow pointing toward the farmer's house and the words “Attack Here.”
This is also interesting....

Hasn't anyone figured it out yet? They are calibration routines for the starwars satellites...might as well have some fun with it (and everyone) while they are at it!
