Yes Iacob... Scissor effect may have positive or negative affect with the system,
it depends on the angle of 'attack'. See here my attempt to partially eliminate
the negative side of scissor effect. The beam moves up and down in horizontal
position all the time. I think it is worthy to check.

Hi Ti !
As usually , the best fiction is...the reality.
Take a look about AB Hammer's movie , at :
www.youtube.com/watch?v=5I4NDGcj1UA. ...not difficult to "replay" and to find the limit of a possible "gravity unbalance stroke" for self-running ?!?

Pedaling is good for health, almost as good as cycling. Biking just half an hour a day reduces risk of cancer by 34% according to new Swedish research.
http://www.bicycling.com/training/fitne ... eat-cancer
So pedal powered machines must be good :) For example I wonder how long a man needs to pedal sitting on his stationary bike equipped with electric generator and batteries to ensure a couple hours of lighting in his house... Every year scientists inform about new LED diodes with higher and higher efficiency. Imagine a new kind of desk in office with pair of pedals underneath.. and you have to pedal to power your laptop or lamp :)

Hi Al_ex and Ti

I have just finished the new stand that will allow me to finish my build. So soon I will have up a new videos and pictures. I designed the new stand which allows me for other builds if this one doesn't pan out. But! there are so many approaches to try on this one alone.

Hi AB !
Experience is one thing you can't get for nothing...so to temper our fancy , or the false fire of an overheated mind.
I wish you to climb step hills with slow pace at first.
If we start with ignorance , but with confidence ...sometimes , we can hope for successs.

Hi Al-ex

Understanding balance and how gravity reacts to stagnant and moving objects mixed with mechanical actions and reaction understanding as well as construction skills are my skills in this game I've worked for.

I agree with climbing the hill but you also have to make sure of good footing and be able to dodge falling rocks.

Thanks

.....but as a difficult,puzzling,complex build ( due to a "shadowy" concept...),at : https://youtu.be/uXmMMR_CvJ4
The whole build design can be simpler than the sum of its parts...and really working , in my opinion .
Usually , a pedal is "a lever operated "by the foot as on a bicycle...but this time " by gravity ( a torque difference ) pushing on pedals " .

I checked the status on the RAR patent applications. It seems another "final rejection" has been sent out on the first of them. The others are probably soon to follow.

This is after an appeal and a request for a continued examination (RCE), too. So, it's not looking good for Renato.

Hi Al_ex

I believe life will finally allow me to get back to work on this one in Aug as well as other wheel designs. The new stand takes up a lot of room in my shop#2 But the new changes should be interesting and hopefully some cool actions.
