Does vitamin C and E reduce muscle strength? I was isolating what foods I ate to test why I felt weak. When I stopped drinking lemonade for a few weeks I think I might have doubled my strength without doing any exercise. I guess I can admit that eating a lot of fruit seems girly or pansy to me, but surely this childish prejudice can't have merit. I'm wrong right?
If vitamin C and E reduce muscles strength if consumed in large enough doses then I hypothesize that the best method to build fitness and lose weight is to not eat fruit, sea food and nuts, and then build some muscle. To build muscles eat carbs and protein but only eat sugars before exercising if you think you will be using the energy right away, otherwise it will metabolize as body fat right away. Water only, unless Gatorade just before exercising. After you are jacked or buff, then a low carb diet would easily burn off the fat, like Atkins or something, but you need the muscles first.
I probably shouldn't be spouting hypothesizes about vitamins. Vitamins are an unregulated industry and basically a lot of information exists to support that they are good in every way. I am biting into somebodies pocketbook in the vitamin industry by saying this, or I mean saying that taking vitamins at a high dose is bad sometimes. People might criticize me, and if I'm criticized, I'm likely to crawl under a rock. I'm sensitive. I swear those vitamin companies want you to take the maximum dose! They don't care how sick it makes you!
John Oliver is so obnoxious that I feel like slapping him around, but his information is interesting in this episode:

re: muscle strength idea
lol I were always the undersized guy in school , I got bully'd ALOT by all kinds of bigger stronger
guys , I got bullyd by guys who were succesfull medal winning boxers , well mainly I were a very
calm dude , It took quite a lot to get me worked up real good , but when I got worked up one week when feeling extremely agitated , I delt with one boxer and one large ass bulley so thoroughly they were left in complete shock of what just transpired .
I learned you can take anything on as long as you go about it in a calm manner , even fighting has a secret , the secret is staying calm while being in fight mode .
I am of the opposite of a larger size man , I have been trying gaining all my life and then suddenly when I got to my 30s in age, my problem started becoming sudden weight gain , I now have to watch my weight carefully , I am not over weight but I am definitely in a period where I really need to watch out.

I want to soak my body in this stuff, guardiansilversol, so that I am less attractive to mosquitos but I don't have an extra thousands of dollars to lay in a bath of silver. I also think that the product is so strong that if it were used correctly or if an improved version of it were made, that it could destroy viruses such as HIV, HPV, herpes and almost any illness by preventative soaking and consumption of it. I'm no Dr. Oz but I'm going to go ahead and make that claim.
I am less likely to decompose if I soak myself in this stuff. That has to have a protection benefit not understood yet. Unregulated use of silver solutions have made people blue. But this product I think will be safe to use even in large amounts. I am willing to experiment with it on myself by soaking in a bath if I ever get the spare few thousand dollars and the balls to spend that kind of money on it.
I want to be a Saiyan. Then any bullies would be sorry out matched.
