Yes, Alan Bauldree described how to build HIS invention and he will receive credit for it. As a devout Christian he works "in good faith".
I have an opinion about the wheel and that is - the weights must be able to speed up and slow down throughout their rotation. I think the weights matched the speed of the wheel on the descent, but were sped up on the climb so that "in a flash" they were escorted to the top of the wheel. As they were escorted up to the top of the wheel, the loading for this would have been from the center of rotation, but on the descent the pressure would have been applied to the outside of the wheel. I think those are critical movements in order to cause rotation.

And the little math I show which is f(x) = (3/2)(1/4)(2π/180)/.75 = n then
(OB I = lw1 - n)/I = lw0 if the linear effect of gravity allows for linear momentum to be conserved as angular momentum in a wheel.
Just a little math and some conjecture but it is obvious that without a working wheel that Alan Bauldree described perfectly how his
invention can work while I can claim to know nothing.
And then Alan Bauldree being the good Christian that he is can use his invention to help feed "his children". As Jesus said, I should give
what is in my heart to give and with Alan Bauldree being a good Christian would want me to respect the teachings of his saviour Jesus Christ
who died on the cross for him so he would know salvation in his name.

Scram. We don't take kindly to the likes of you.

Btw show us how your wheel failed and condemned you to staying in the usa.
