re: A second fix point?
Raj, my opinion is based on the appearance that the right weight, as drawn, is further from the axle making it turn clockwise. After a short rotation the left weight should shift to the right resting on the fixed axle. At that point, I see it remaining stationary.
Just my 2 cents. 😊

@ Justsomeone!
I thank you for your brief analysis.
This is exactly what I am proposing as my current Auto Gravity Wheel concept: swinging weights powered wheel.
It conforms with Marcello's animation on page 2 of this thread.

Raj- No one can can say that you haven't been busy trying to solve the mystery!raj wrote:If you look in my album on BW.com, you will see dozens and dozens of drawings of a smaller wheel inside a larger wheel, showing interesting concepts.Raj

re: A second fix point?
@ All!
I am back home.
I shall be presenting here, my current Auto Gravity Wheel concept testing prototype soon, hopefully by this weekend.
It will hard to do a good build on my own, but I'll persevere.

re: A second fix point?
Thumbs up Raj. good to see you prototyping.
re: A second fix point?
Concept testing prototype build continues...
N.B: This is just a CONCEPT testing and NOT a working prototype build attempt.
At least I can learn something from this.

Hello Raj!
Glad to see you building again. Your prototypes are always impressive. You seem to make such great builds from scrap materials. Good luck to you.

Trying to turn the spinning in my brain into something useful before moving on to the next life.

Thank you both Tarsier79 and Sleepy!
My concept testing prototype build is too small (less than 2 ft diameter) and too crammed to be able to show any sign of workability I am looking for.
I now believe I need to try build a six footer concept testing prototype, to satisfy my curiosity.
And that should take months.

I am alway amazed with your skill at building physical models.
I believe I am jealous :-)

Hello Agor95!
All my concept testing buildS have one thing lacking in common: PRECISION.
That's simply because I am no engineer, no mechanic, no carpenter/woodworker, no metalworker/tinsmith, have no workshop, have no tools and no millions.
I am just a 72 years old layman/pensioner, in good health (with God's Grace)
And I am NOT doing this/ NOT searching my wheel for MONEY!!! because I have only ONE LIFE, and it's nearing its end everyday.
@ All!
I have already started my 6 footer concept testing build. Hope to show something by this weekend.
