Hi Silent,
I hope you see that the lifting of the bear i caused by a periodic oscillation.

That, what is be done by pulling the ropes must be substituted.

look at the toy page how this is managed.

look at the swinging bars, this are top heavy pendulums, which are swinging between 2 borders.

if something is swinging into two borders, the you get a permanent move.
the borders are set to close together so that you always get a feedback from gravity, look at the right side of the picture.

Gravity like to stretch always this rope. The swinging bars are the trouble maker.
They form the strait rope to a bow. With this you get a repelling effect.
I named it gravity spring. study it.

lol, so basically if we load a spring with a weight and do some sort of diode to stop the weight and transfer it the the entire arm we can switch both top weight position and low weight position without much trouble
