Have a question that the FAQ does not seem to address.
When I write a private post and hit submit it ends up in my out box.
I confirm that I am logged in and my out box still shows that there are posts.
Am I doing something wrong or is this server backup.
Better yet, what is the purpose of the out box if you have already submitted your post.
Help, it is confusing to write a private letter and not know whether it has been submitted or not.
Thank you,
Ralph

re: to moderator private mail box
If I'm not mistaken, the message will appear in your Outbox until that person reads it (it appears to them in their Inbox), and once it is read then your copy will automatically move to your Sentbox. This gives you a copy of what you've said in case you forget, and lets you know the status of delivery.
Disclaimer: I reserve the right not to know what I'm talking about and not to mention this possibility in my posts. This disclaimer also applies to sentences I claim are quotes from anybody, including me.

Jonathan,
Thank you for your quick response and explanation.
You are a gentleman and a patient person to put up with an old senile person as myself.
Regards,
Ralph
