you maybe look at it as an calculator machine, which it is of course too.

I see a rotating drum, which will pulsate in its movement, gravity can work on it. A variation of an archimedes screw used in an other way.

Really,
no one sees what we can do with the Leibniz wheel ?

It is also an gravity converter.

Assume this wheel is running in a half filled tube,
then the wheel will turn because it has different displacement of liquids,
left and right, symmetry is broken.

It creates also a tilt swing.
