Looking for help - translation from latin

Is there anybody here who is able to read latin? While doing research on Besslers biography, I came across a letter from Zittau at the time Bessler went to school there. The letter does not mention him, but discusses an incident quite interesting which I would like to know more about. As I do not understand latin, I would appreciate if somebody could give me a rough translation if I sent him the files. I think it's only a few sentences within the letter dealing with the topic.
