That's really wild! So, the centering effect on the ball is greater than the pull of gravity. It's centripetal, the opposite of centrifugal force.

Gravitationallychallenged...Friction, actually. Not CP. He explains it in the second video. EXCELLENT find Neo. :)

Ball + rolling + up hill = energy creation. Science is to daft to see it!😂

It’s both cp and friction.
In any case, you could get one force to overcome the other two and change the result.

You must be joking...must be.

Technically no...centripital force in this case is the byproduct of the friction force, because the friction force acts in lieu of a tether.

Johndoe2, it isn't creating energy. A motor turns it. :)

True. I stand corrected.

What I see is that our sun rotates faster at the equator acting like the record player. So as our sun rotates it causes spacetime to drag in a spiral shape or "rotational frame-dragging". Earth is the rotating ball dragged along this rotating spacetime forcing the Earth to rotate around the sun similar to the ball being pulled to the center of the record player or raised toward the center of the cone.

I believe that this experiment may truly explain the motion of celestial bodies.

Does the earth rotate like the ball in the demo?

Yes and no. The Earth rotates in spacetime the rubber ball rotates on a 2-dimensional surface. They are acting in a similar fashion.

Thought experiment:

If the Earth acts like the Sun and the Moon acts as the Earth then why is the Moon moving away from the Earth?

Perhaps because the Moon does not rotate as it orbits the Earth. I predict that if the Moon rotated it would be locked to the Earth as the Earth is locked to the Sun.

From this I can also predict that a rotating body will have a persistent orbit while a non rotating body will have a decaying orbit.

I think everything moves within spacetime?

The ball rotated in 3-dimensions and the Earth around a fixed axis. So it's more 2d if you were to compare them.

Thought experiment:

The Moon is rotating and the Earth is rotating faster then the Moon's orbit.
Orbit rotation is being transferred to the Moons causing a 1cm increates in it's orbit.

Call it a seatime frame-dragging.
