Hello, I guess this is the proper place to ask this question. Looking for a easy free place to upload videos and make them available to the group that I make sometimes. Google search shows several, but looking for your experiences. Your advice is appreciated.

I don't think there is a way other than uploading to UTube or some such .

That brings in a problem where one is at the mercy of commercial interests in deciding whether it will always be available to members of the forum in the future .

I guess this is one for Scott , it would be very nice and advantageous if there was a method of uploading short videos to the forum where they would securely be available for future reference .

Wouldn't it be nice to show the first video of a genuine reproduction of Bessler's Wheel , - the culmination of all the hard yakka Scott and his mob have put into the project ?

Any possibility ?

it depends , if you are making your "data" public domain, or keeping your "data" private in some manageable form , or want to protect your copy rights.

certain "free" file sharing services , comes along with "making your file property of the public domain" https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Public_domain

other services allow you to keep control on when and how something is shared to public or selected people.
