looks like a good book...

imo...

Will a PMM soon lead to less work and more leisure for everyone?

Or will we just want more and more and have to deal with more unforeseen associated costs...?

P.S. > I am not knocking PM, using what we know from what we've learned... I pause for a moment to think about the impact of such a machine...

A positive reaction may be that it would seem pretty stupid to go to war over oil when you get get energy for free...

...?

Going to war for any reason except a direct invasion of one's country seems pretty stupid to me.

Make love, NOT WAR! A free energy device is coming soon. One of my fears is some will use it to power armies.

Just my opnion.

You are right...

the time is near...

concern is growing...

we are facing an extreme energy crisis...

it is undeniable...

there is no sufficient source of known energy to replace OIL...

It time we should ratchet up our passion and really do something bigger than ourselves... our motivation should be survival of the species... not personal gain...

its time to let go...

if not now, when? after the world is at war with itself...?

it'll most likely be too late.

I'd suggest you share while you still can...

Doomsday isn't tomorrow, but we can see it coming...

One problem that might arise is if ownership of a technology is in doubt then squabbles arise and the USE of the technology gets delayed. So if ownership of a technology is firmly establish right from the beginning then it can be quickly put into production. And if the owner of that technology freely licenses it to all who want it and who meet minimal standards, then the use of that technology should spread at maximum speed. By minimal standards I mean they provide a quality product and quality service. Individuals can always build their own for their own use.

Another problem is if people have doubts that a technology works they are slow to accept the technology. So when the information about the new technology is first released it MUST be totally believable and convincing.

Just my opinions. These are my goals.

Absolutely...

A necessity in this field.
