I just looked at the herons fountain and it dawned on me I could use the old dry well on our property. The idea is to use hydro-static pressure from the depth of the well to create a pressure hose to pressurizer an air tight tank at ground level. I would have to have a series of valves to turn on and off to reset the tank at the bottom of the well, fill the one at ground level and at the "y" to divert the water. With the kids in their robotics class they should be able to handle that part working with "Arduino uno's". The good thing is if the sensors and water valves are timed correctly it should work without too much delay in fill times.
Please tell me what you think?

How did the project go?

The wind sail builds air pressure into the plastic bottles that in turn
drive the legs to walk.

Just a thought:
I think you can't have both inputs from the 10psi going at the same time, and you will be pumping water down the well?
