Hello Friends, does anyone know if there is any physical prototype similar to this design.

Operates on the same principle as MT13.
No, it will not work.The arms folded down before they are lifted pull the wheel the wrong way, reducing the OB. The small advantage left is eaten by trying to lift each lever. Having it on an axle or not makes no difference.
