Well when it comes to all things electromagnetic I will need to rely on other members direct knowledge.
For me I am using logic and speculation.
One such logic is the reasoning that an electric charge can be stored in a capacitor.
Where two foil sheets of metal separated with an insulator [aluminium foil and cling film] can hold a charge. A jar of water can do the trick [an accumulator] but the charge can be quite large.
So the logic is a magnetic charge storage should be possible.
The question would be; what the device needs to be like?
