Sorry I miss under stood you. Yes, you are right, that's the idea of it. The way it works out is the horizontal ones produce a torque for about 90 degrees, twice per revolution of the wheel. Then as you say, every thing kind of resets for the next 90 degrees. During this time all four are balanced, then the cycle repeats. Continuous torque would require two sets of every thing, shifted 90 degrees. This part of it hasn't been tried yet----------------Sam
