Regarding the swastics design. To be clear I mean the weight being raised is counterbalanced against a weight being lowered. But the weight being raised is actually on the highest point of the wheel, and becomes the driving weight, where the weight being lowered is the weight moving towards, and placed upon the axel of the wheel. So two movements, one of equalibruim in weight distribution, one of imbalance to drive the wheel.
