My new idea does not use any stretching/compressing, so
I'm cool there.

My Main core idea:
The force a weight CAN develop (on an arm,wheel,whatever) can be changed WITHOUT lifting or dropping it.
(Of course, it has to FALL to create energy)
This change is done with it's position within a system and the time it reaches that position (phasing).
(Of course OTHER things can change at that same position too!!)
