Wow, what a hotbed here this last week! :*)

Has anyone tried getting a wheel to be PM
just moving a weight left/right across gravity?
Never moving it in or out from the center of the wheel..
I had some odd thoughts of a 'shake drive' system,using
vibration to pump up a wheel or pendulum...
