'Eh, depends on your deffinition. The sources for the oil are renewable and, in a sense, there's no input of ouside energy, as the energy that RUNS the process is extracted BY the process, and still leaves leaves 85% 'potential' energy for other uses. By some definitions, it could be called free energy.:-) In any case, the potential impact and benefits are potentially the same as 'free energy', whatever one labels it!:-)

: Hardly "FREE" energy, but from the little I read sound good
