: What would I do, if I was able to (as you put it) find a method to get power from gravity like Bessler? Publish full details in as many forms of media as possible, so that it can't get buried. If you want money and fame it wold be there for the taking.

Hi John.
: Thank you for your worry about me.
: But there is no way to prove I am the FIRST.
: O.K money is the next thing to me.
: My Final Goal is to be the Inventor or First finder of Gravity Motor.
: If you find the method to get power from Gravity like Bessler, what will you do?
: Please answer me soon.
: Regards SK

: : SK, (and everyone else,) regardless of the legitimacy of your strong self-belief that your idea holds the solution to reproducing Bessler's wheel, I fear that you place too much faith in the strength of a patent. True it proves that you hold the copyright to your design, but that only applies in the country in which you register it, but for real protection you need an international patent and if you can't afford to build the model or pay someone to build it for you, then how can you afford a broader patent? And what about the cost of renewals of the patent to keep it active?

: : So what if they grant you a patent for a "rotational device", it doesn't prove that it works. The patent offices around the world are full of patents for ingenious devices which either don't work or else at least don't do the job they claim to be able to do.

: : Also how much protection will the patent give you? How long before plans to build it become available on the internet so that everyone can build their own models, bypassing your expensive patent? What of the unscrupulous manufacturers who will ignore your patent and make and sell copies globally? You would undoubtedly become famous because of your invention and make lots of money because of it, but the same holds true if you just published the design on the internet and gave it away freely to all, and once published no one can patent it, not even you.

: : What do you want the law to protect you against? Illegal copies? It hasn't protected the record companies against music piracy and I think they've got more money to spend in protection than any individual.

: : : You said
: : : : : I think these forums are great for sharing ideas, concepts and information.
: : : But I feel nobody want to share his own Idea, only sharing already known fact or idea.
: : : I think is's because they cannot sure his own design is right.
: : : Another reason is, they cannot sure their idea could be protected by law.
: : : In my case I already apply my idea to the patent.
: : : In my short understanding, I hope I can be protected by the international patent law.
: : : Please let me know my understanding is right or not.

: : : : Hi Ovyyous
: : : : Thank you for your advice about my posting.
: : : : I am so sure of my design.
: : : : I want to find a man, who want to know my design and who want to work with by discussing the mechenic troubles.
: : : : This wheel is so simple but need much of mechenical consideration ( for example what kind of material should be used, how much flexibility or elasticity ).
: : : : I think it is beyond my ability.
: : : : This is my hope to find a helpful man.
: : : : If my Idea is wrong, please let me know.
: : : : Regards SK

: : : : : Hi SK,

: : : : : I believe that you believe you have a design that will work.

: : : : : I am of the opinion that designs can only be proved with demonstration. It's difficult for me to have too much interest in an unknown theory supported with a yet-to-be-completed model. Hopefully you will change this situation.

: : : : : The only reason Bessler was taken seriously was because he had a working model. IMO, demonstration is the ultimate shared reality, everything else is just subjective proposition and theory.

: : : : : So, get your patent, build your model and prove to the World that your design works. Optionally, So today I decide to patent the One directional wheel in this week. One direction wheel need no initial-push by my calculation.
: : : : : : Bessler also said the theory is very simmilar.
: : : : : : regards SK
