Yet if even one small piece of the equation is left out, it still won't work. Even the best software simulation will not factor in everything. A physical model will do all that automatically. And don't forget that Bessler didn't have all the calculus, trigonometry, and analytical mechanics information that we have now... But he had the best tools of all: A brain (software) and hands (for building hardware). What more do you need?
