G'day All,
I'm affraid the mini Costa wheel is a mini failure of sorts, while I was able to replicate the mechanisms etc, for the wheel but no matter what configuration or arrangement of weights I had tried, the result was the same, The wheel turns for quite some time after being manually "spun up to speed" but there is definately no OU present, it will slowly decay and finaly stop at one of the actuator levers, which explains why Costa's wheel is required to be so large.
Even at the demensions which Costa himself constructed his wheel, I fear it to will slowly decay to a stop, close but no cigar! No harm in trying, we have learned from the experience.
Smithy.
