Georg, I saw in your post entitled 'patent a gravity converter' that you claim to have a working overunity device whose opperation depends on the action of centripedal/fugal force.
My question is if you start the device spining on a table top, will it continue to spin unaided by human intervention for ever?
Is that what you mean by a working model?
If so there realy is no need to get the input/output overunity verified by an indapendant body (university) because the excess output should be sufficient to keep the mechanism going, it would be obviously overunity to any one looking at it.
If this is the case then it would be far more productive of you to take the device to both James Randi and Eric Klieg both of whome will give you copious amounts of money for showing that overunity is real and will help you to market your device.
