Thanks for your comments. I guess you will just have to guess on this part as far as a ratio of disc/weight goes. Might be 50/50. You could always make add on weights and go from there. John : Hi John :)

: : Pretty simple really. This diagram is transparent of course. Different picture from my provisional patent shematic but same concept. Not shown is a big hollow spool with inner hub and flywheel in the front center to smooth out the roll over. The "discs" are weighted and greased inside spool walls. Holes cut in walls for disc axle to stick through for attachment to hinged pendulum apparatus. Shorter struts next to walls with chain or cable attached directly to disc axle. Further out, longer struts with short tilting shafts pointing inward. Long struts at perimeter with braces hooked to spool walls for rigidity. Chain/cable length 1/3 radius of disc. If discs are 12 inches first segment from axle is 1.8 inches. Second segment going to weight is 2 inches. Make these 2 lenghts and the tilting shaft position adjustable if you can. Inner hub diameter came to 20.77-double check that. There should be one inch clearance at the bottom between disc and hub and a half inch between the discs on the upper half except for the pre-roll-over position. I'm off a little bit in my diagram here :). Basically the discs with pendulums are leaning on each other as a bottom heavy half-wheel rolling under itself (the weights being a function of both speeds) tilting and untilting in the process. On the upper half the discs lean on the inner hub and roll over on top. The wheel will always know where the weights are and act according. Build yourself one and take it for a spin!
