As far as I know, the drawings to which Bessler was referring are the well known "twin" drawings of the big Merseburg wheel (http://www.besslerwheel.com/drawings.html) which show the enigmatic exterior pendula. It's my understanding that two different versions of the drawing were published, with slight variations between them. It is also interesting to note, as John Collins points out, that the exterior pendula were not present during any of the official tests or examinations.
