Hi Silent !
Your simplified concept ( sliding weight ) intended to cause "self" motion , as a "Continuous gravity unbalance simplified..." ( see the topic of this forum/2014 ) haș a common expression , as :
http://www.geocities.ws/iacob_alex/Some ... ext028.JPG
So , your VAP(variable arm procedure) is sliding...I wish you succes!

Hi Silent,
all this concepts with the same speed of the weights will fail.
You have no additional energy gain from gravity.

You get an energy gain when gravity has to do on one side of the wheel some accelerations twice or more than twice times.

Maybe we can call this technic folding oscillation. For exmple like you try to catch a medicine ball and throw him up again.
Your weight on the ground will variate.

An additional condition is that the force must a few degrees away from the vertical.

BTW.: the 2 rings of the carrier wheel will have a distance of 24 cm, so that they fit into the Hamster cage.
Best regards

Georg

It never fails to amaze me that newbies will spend hours and hours drawing up boring undecipherable conceptual drawings when for $25 they could test all of these ideas in WM2D in just a few minutes time.

Instead of posting one unworkable idea after another test them first!

This is the space age - we use computers now!

PLEASE CC.

Show me where I can get GET a WM2D software and how I can learn to use it as a professional, from scratch, in a few days just for $25.

I am more than willing to spend ten times that much straight away.

Raj

Here ya go Raj!

http://workingmodel.design-simulation.c ... wnload.php

Download the free tutorial then purchase the Student version for $30 here:

http://workingmodel.design-simulation.c ... oducts.php

(They have raised the price $5 since I last checked).

This will be a 6 month license. They will ask for your local school or university but you won't have to provide any documentation. They say to send in proof of being a student but they do not enforce this.
They just want the $30.

Have fun!

Hi cloud camper,
you can only develop what the sofware is allowing you.

If the software is wrong, then you will never have a chance.
Your developments are in the border of the software.

So the knowledge of the space age does not help you.

You have to develop from scratch, using your mind, even have to make your own experiments.

If Newton has forgotten something to describe, what then, do you believe everythig ?
which formula is right,
E = 1/2 M * V*V
or E = M* c*c

for c you can set v, then you can choose which is right.
Rules are made from mankind, they don't reflect what nature can do.
The formula describes the view of the viewer, not more.

So newbies are not stupid, they think and do not copy.
They try things, without such tryings there will not be new discoveries.
It is good possible that RAJ will be such a person.
Best regards

Hello CC!

1. I have to falsify that I am a student.

2. At 74 years old, it will take me months to learn to use it to simulate my complicated wheel design, that a PHD Physics graduates could NOT do, and refunded me $230 his simulation fee I had paid.

By the way, this $230 is yours if you can do my concept simulation, exactly as my concept.

Raj

Silent, please do not take this negatively but only in the positive sense.

Your questions are very basic. Bessler gave you a “blue print “ of how he built his pmm. Its like starting 2nd grade after missing pre school and 1st grade. You have too much knowledge that he needs to teach you go back to mt page 1 study listen and learn. There is no better way to put it. Its a hard road but true none the less.

Best wishes to you on your journey.
