I was expecting 6 votes out of 55 regular members.

That is based on the popularity of the polling method and the member's last logged in stats.

Naturally there will be at least one 'no objection' from George1.

I expected all other 54 to be 5 actual vote [no interest] and non-votes indicating no interest.
