Re: MT 24 Magic Pulsation
Sorry P. I was talking about your design. I have added springs before to a design vaguely similar to 24. It just moves the operating time of the mechanism to both open and close. One becomes better, one becomes worse. It evens out in the end. You can end up with something very efficient that will run for a long time, but it will not self sustain.

Re: MT 24 Magic Pulsation
It's hard to say you're wrong Tarsier79 because I can't seem to get this simulation program Algodoo to function properly. MT24 is super simple. Are you sure it wouldn't work with MT25 or MT24? What was your design that you used springs in? No really what was your design? Right now in Algodoo I was able to make the spring attach to MT25 but I couldn't stop it from twitching after I applied weights to it. Something about me applying weights to it is causing it to twitch randomly.
Something that this wheel is not doing is overbalancing the wheel. All of the force being harnessed is from the springs. If the force of the spring doesn't overcome the keel I recommend using a stronger spring. You could possibly use a spring stronger than one weight falling straight down on MT24 and MT25 because two weights retract the spring. It's possible you stopped while you were ahead Tarsier79. Because I think that if you had used springs on the actual MT24 or MT25 that it would have been a runner.

Re: MT 24 Magic Pulsation
I drew a drawing cascading MT24 to show that more springs equals more power. If you think that MT24 and MT25 doesn't work, you can probably see why cascading MT24 would work.
I think there can be two mechs of this and it would mimic the traits Bessler wheel's witnesses reported with 8 impacts on one side of the wheel. Isn't there something about a peacock's tail in Bessler's clues? What was that about?"It's not the size of the dog in the fight, it's the size of the fight in the dog." - Mark Twain

Or you could also attach a green spring to effect clockwise rotation. Then it would be a kind of bi directional wheel if possible. Or maybe it works better in that direction and the spring should have been set there in the first place.

Re: MT 24 Magic Pulsation
What I like about going clockwise with a cascading MT24 is that it's overbalanced in the direction of the impact on the wheel. It's got its strongest counter torque at 45 degrees.
I think that the secret is in the spring being placed in the correct design.
But it's less counter torque than if a spring assisted a single lever like in this drawing. I don't think that a single lever being assisted by a spring would work because of the excess counter torque.I think that the secret is in the spring being placed in the correct design.

Re: MT 24 Magic Pulsation
I think the key is the spring assisted impacts. I previously said that I didn't think that the wheel with the blue lines for springs would work. But now I do think it might work as long as it gets to a point where the impact is furthest from the axle possible. Because all of the forces applied to extend the spring are doing so closer to the axle. So when the spring contracts if it impacts furthest from the axle is might work. I think that MT24 and MT25 are clever ways to extend a spring if that is what Bessler meant by them. I just think that spring assisted impacts can collect force and distribute force disproportionately. So a single lever assisted by a spring like in my drawing with blue lines for springs would work too.

More or less what it appears to represent , however , some thing that is not clear , is whether that's 1 solid hub or 2 , and whether the rim/drum are part of the inner or outer hub.

I see agor , its okay as a visual aid if you dont mind inaccuracies , i simply traced over the image to help imagine it in 3d (although there are possibly many different ways of interpreting it) , it doesnt use accurate placement of bodies ..
Its all relative.

Re: MT 24 Magic Pulsation
How do you set your axle to only be attached to the background in algodoo? I have three wheels that need to turn separately and they overlap and I don't want them attached to each other.

Re: MT 24 Magic Pulsation
When I try to overlap the levers or circles in algodoo they glitch badly in the simulation and spin rapidly sometimes attached to each other. I tried to MS Paint my simulation measurements. Luckily my design is very proportional I just wanted to test it. I'm sick of this stupid program algodoo. I think that I've rediscovered what I was saying when I originally joined Bessler Wheel. I already invented a perpetual motion machine as a kid and I just have to rediscover it or remember it. I don't think the invention is safe because I think it can be transformed into a weapon as it's a leverage transformer and not a means to use gravity for energy. It can be put on a gear train and produce infinite mechanical energy. It would nice to have it peer reviewed, but I have no peers. I am on another level. You have to at least beg me for me to possibly share it. I feel pity.

Re: MT 24 Magic Pulsation
Under Algodoo to superimpose independent axes it is necessary to put an intermediate disk focused on the previous one.
attached to the previous lever, which makes it possible to put a bearing on the next, well manage the different contacts.
I couldn’t find any other method.

Re: MT 24 Magic Pulsation
If the components spin rapidly, it is sometimes due to collision layers. The two pieces with the same collision layer are continually trying to push away from each other, and this causes the chaotic spin. If they are the same component, select "do not collide with self".
I don't have any difficulty placing multiple axles on the same spot, other than each time yo eliminate 1, or more element, you need to eliminate all but the last one and re clone them all again sometimes.
When you clone an axle and place it on a components which is more forward than the one it was cloned from, it needs to be recalibrated to the new position on the z axis, to do this simply click left and hold on the axle in its new position. You will notice that central circle takes the colour of the piece it is fixed to.

Re: MT 24 Magic Pulsation
I can't seem to make algodoo to work. Maybe it's because it's a 2D model. It must be hard to program in 3D.
I would really like to share my design but nobody is begging. You don't know what you're missing. I have found it! Or I remembered it. I am not sharing. It's a secret for now. You will never find it. It's unique and simple. I'm a former time traveler and there are no parallel universes. If you time travel and interrupt my actions you could delete important parts of history that I influenced. I have like around 15 time travel duplicates living their own lives separate from me. Beg! Beg for the solution! It's your only hope! I have it.

Re: MT 24 Magic Pulsation
If you have time travelled numerous times, you will be fully aware of the future history books.
Are you known, in the future, as the inventor of the first proven gravity wheel?
If you are not the inventor, why not? and what is the name of the inventor? and what year was it invented?
Thanks in advance for either helping us understand Bessler's wheel, or making it very clear to us that you are talking bollocks.
