I don't understand your drawing. perhaps you could explain it?

It's a Veljko Milkovic pendulum with a pulley attached to the main wheel that oscillates back and forth. The pulley pulls a stick up and down with a spring to push the pendulum. So the circles are the main lever on the Veljko Milkovic pendulum. The springs are in green. On the left there is a weight and a spring and it sits about where I have drawn it in the picture when the pendulum is at its maximum height. When the pendulum is more vertical it applies force downwards and pulls the spring up and oscillates downwards. When it oscillates back upwards simultaneously it intercepts a spring oscillating downwards to restart the process.

I think that my favorite person on the forum right now is Fletcher. He seems smart. It used to be Jim_Mich but he died. Jim_Mich was really smart. If Fletcher shares what he thinks about my Veljko Milkovic pendulum then I might share my working model for the storks bill. I want to know what will stop it from working. I think it will work the way that I've drawn it. My storks bill will blow your mind, ask me about my storks bill. Something that I think that I'm getting good at is conceptual thinking. I spent a lot of effort trying some failed models without knowing the math using ramps and springs, and I figured out the math on my own with guess and check and it always came up short. One of my time travel duplicates is the ancient King, King David of Israel. I think that I've discovered new inventions but I might be being tricked by my people because they are hiding the truth so that I can discover it and feel good about myself. Because this stuff isn't that complicated, the solutions are simple and i feel smart discovering it but I also feel like I'm being messed with like other people can't have avoided this knowledge for so long, I must be being tricked into thinking I'm original. I do feel a little bit special discovering this stuff. I have a couple working designs. I also have a method of creating matter from nothing using a mechanism that is shaped like an x.

I think that you guys don't want to help me with my Veljko Milkovic mod drawing because you want it to be public domain. Well, that's not fair. I don't think that a perpetual motion machine should be able to be public domain. Special exception should be made for this special discovery and discoveries and it should belong to the original inventor, fuck First to File copyright system. It should be fully retroactive and the original inventor should own all the benefit of owning and prosecuting with a patent for a perpetual motion machine. In the name of Capitalism screw you guys for not caring about the Veljko Milkovic mod drawing. I have several other working designs. The fact that I completed a working design for Veljko Milkovic pendulum just shows that my ingenuity is improving.

I don't know how long Veljko Milkovic has had his patent. I think a utility patent lasts 20 years. If he patented the utility of the design in 1999 then the patent is expired and my addition to it would be an addition to something that is public domain. Now a perpetual motion machine should be a special patent exception. A perpetual motion machine should have a life long patent, maybe even a forever patent. It's like the holy grail of science. It's not a normal utility. It's like inventing Calculus. If Sir Isaac Newton were alive today you would want to reward him with lifelong benefit for what he accomplished, maybe even a forever benefit. I think the demand for the process should supersede the ability to prosecute and that he inventor should declare a price for his invention. I would declare my price and Veljko Milkovic would declare his price and both prices would be paid if the invention lasts forever, and if I don't have the only way to restart a Veljko Milkovic Pendulum then a new price for that new invention would compete with mine and that's capitalism. I have at least a few designs that should work but not all of them should be shared because infinite leverage is a weapon. It can create an infinity press or an infinity shield or a multi light speed launching mechanism or an infinity crank. Archimedes said give me a place to stand and I will move the world or something like that. With infinite leverage you really could move worlds with a small amount of input force. So the only method of creating a perpetual motion machine that I'm comfortable sharing is the stork's bill because it doesn't draw attention to infinite leverage designs.
