The only free motion is falling , I think MT 24 highlighted on this as did MT 13.
This invention ought not to be scorned.
It consists of TETHER INTERCONNECTED BUT separate levers with
weights ACTING as one weight TOGETHER.
The princple is falling like a stone to the earth, not flying like a bird with its feathers.
Between the weights are small iron poles with screw threads; FIXED TO A TETHER WHICH ITSELF SEPERATES; ONE WEIGHT IN MOTION GIVING SPACE FOR THE NEXT.
The poles fall OUTWARD when the levers close; RELEASING THE TETHER SO THE NEXT ONE IN THE ROW ON THE WHEEL IS ABLE TO FALL.
fits exactly to this design:

Bessler was rhyming many times, Maybe we habe to rewrite his MT Clues?!
Btw im German.
AND: mt13 showing levers, like the 1752 Design having 13 levers, amazing cooincidence i think.
and if you would fix the Lever at 3 o clock letting the Wheel rotate, the 1 lift 4 is on point.
