STATEMENT
  • If gravity slingshots a mass (w/mass entanglement) & the energy/power is transfered to the rotation, causing the wheel to accelerate producing more work, the energy can be accounted for.
QUESTION
  • Is this OU?
hypothetically speaking. :)

I know… I tried not to come back but this is too fun… can’t control myself. Lol

I draw a different setup so we can have a differ approach.

Two identical fans A and B.

A drives B with 1:1 gear ratio.

A and B blades are at 45 degrees.

Both connect to rotating axel C.

When the wind hit A, A turn B and B thrust the system CW or CCW depends on how we want.

As you can see, thrusting in one direction will make the system more vigor than the other.

I for one do not believe in energy out of nowhere , I believe all energy is just transformed or transferred as the familiar saying goes , so in my mind , a Bessler type of wheel (if it were to exist) would be an intermediate transformer / transferrer of energy's.

I agree. Though I would prefer to say induced rather than transformed. In other words it is obtained actively rather than passively. It is a nugget dug out of the hillside rather than one picked up on a stream bed. Parable of the talents.

As one can see,

Let’s say B thrust the system CW, the wind will hit A with less force and eventually reached terminal speed.

If B thrust the system CCW, the wind will hit A with more force, induced more torque in A, transfer that stronger torque to B, B thrust even harder, wind hit A even harder… the vicious cycle will take the system speed to infinity.

So it doesn’t matter if wind speed is 10 mph or .0001 mph. The system will reach infinite speed.

The question is how long the cycle feedback reach infinite speed. If it takes forever, then it may just be trading torque for speed. If the feedback happens quickly, then it is OU.

Forgot to mention .. once the BB is up to max velocity (and KE) at a particular wind speed the energy input to the prop must equal the energy losses in drag etc to maintain the equilibrium.

The BB will have gained KE and the wind supplies the energy to meet dissipative losses thereafter.

I used to be an idiot questioning how practical it is in a theoretical class.

All of them? Some 49'er dug the hills up then rinsed the dirt over a sluice. Yet even if one panned for gold, usually they'd get some dust over the course of a day

The ones that really cleaned up were the camp town girls.

Do-dah, do-dah
Come on Frank, sing along. :)

gravity acceleration like downwind one side and upwind the other , but our way to interact with gravity is through weight .

I added a silly diagram here ,it does not represent a mechanical design , it just represents a point , I think the forward push (I used thrust from a propeller for example) must be greater than the total drag induced , so that drag and thrust can cancel but enough push remains left over to prevent bearing friction from stopping the "pendulum" so it may cross over past 12 with velocity intact , however my idea was (if possible) to use drag force (air resistance) instead of propellers linked to wheels somehow... anyway its a long time ago and I dumped that idea because i could not figure out how.

travel 7 times the speed of light

Post by WaltzCee »

Jet from neutron stars seems to travel seven times the speed of light.

An optical illusion created by the relative positions of Earth and a pair of colliding neutron stars makes it seem like a jet of radiation is travelling at seven times the speed of light - but thankfully no laws of physics have been broken
yes, thankfully.

Who is Frank Grimmer? I tried to look in forum search with no luck.

I even type search Jeffery Iodine, no luck either.

Anyway, me and Jeff were good friends. His favorite color is milk. We were chatting over milk until he found out I was drinking chocolate milk. Our friendship kinda fades. I was like “dude, it’s just milk, I can drink white milk too”. He didn’t buy it. I felt bad and tried to make up by juggling down a gallon of white milk. He isn’t impressed and I got diarrhea. That’s when I know his last name is Iodines. I tried to tell him “you need to change your name so people don’t mistake you as a chemical element”. He said he doesn’t know how and besides “Iodine is the way”. It’s a pity he hangs out with his cousin Fred Iodine and gets all kind of ways. Anyway, the moral of our relationship is … just drink coke.
