If a working wheel is made, can we sell it at a public aucti

Post by Irish Oracle »

I was just musing about all the work put into finding the solution. So if a person has no interest in the commercial side of things, wouldent we be better off just having a public auction. The inner secret not being revealed until the buyer has success in patent rights. Obviously the auction will include a report of some kind to prove no scam beforehand. I wonder who will have an interest in such a thing.

The astonished scientific community, themselves in an awed silence, wouldn't have the capacity to be able to bid.

WHEN you get your first build to work... [a working wheel]

DO NOT TAKE IT APART.

Do not scrap it for the parts to make a better device.

Your wheel will be a historical artifact. It is valuable.

In time, it will be very much sought after by a museum.

one scenario to be prepared for.

An auction will not be believed. It will be considered a scam and the powers that be will arrest you for scamming and take the secret for their selves.

Well i was taking into account that no one will believe, its just a what if idea.

The only thing about my builds are that they will be made of scrap so that a museum would laugh and never show it lol, but i will be willing to rent it if iam still alive.

was just thinking that some good money could be made with the auction idea, surely a few million or so ?

My design is being built of steel, to last for several years of demonstrations. So when proved it can go into a museum for display. Also with only minor servicing from time to time (lubricating and such) will run on display by releasing the brake for it can never find equilibrium.

Did you ever hear about Henry Ford? His first engine is on display in the Henry Ford Museum. He got it running with it on the kitchen sink, with his wife dribbling gas down the intake port. In the museum is a re-creation of his kitchen with the original engine clamped to the kitchen sink. It is my understanding that Henry Ford built it in the machine shop where he worked and brought it home to show his wife on Christmas eve 1893.

I tried but failed to find an online picture of Ford's first engine, which is in the Henry Ford Museum in Dearborn Michigan. I've seen it twice. It is in a room near the main entrance.

Here is a link to a video of a recreation of Ford's first engine showing it running, except it has a gasoline drip feed added and uses a Ford coil from a Model T automobile for the ignition.
