Since this thread was called clues that fit and the unknown, I thaugh it might be the right place to ask a silly question.

Did Bessler have a step-ladder or climbing devise to load his 12ft wheel, or did he load it while standing on the ground.

And I would also like to thank Stewart for letting me join his group, It answered some other questions I was curious about conserning the Stork bills. Keep up the good work Stewart.

As a newbee to the Bessler mystery I can tell you the more I learn the more I realise Ive only scratched the surface
