DIY a self running gravity lever…

…here the variable arm plays an horizontal running track and rotational inertia acceleration.
Let’s replicate this war / destructive simple machine (throwing away mass… ) , into a “peace”/ constructive one :we must “copy”
the accelerating process in some manner… but flipping the short arm into a long arm (moving /not throwing away /mass on arm…)
