1 Using 2 sets of forces to make a PM wheel?
I thought of a design using gravity for the turn force,
but centrifical force to move the weights; both forces
work totally independently of each other, with their own rules,
and help/compliment each other...looks great on paper,
I will build this one!

2 On center of gravity-is it possible to keep the center
of gravity outside a wheel for a full 360||? How high
can it be-is there a proven limit? I think it can be as high
as the very top edge of the wheel...another of my
designs will try this, it should be very 'tipsy' and
unstable...like balancing a broom on your hand!

Viper (I wish I had more time to experiment!)

Note: My first design would seem to NOT work, I would shift
weights laterally outside the wheel(in 2 places),
then put them back in
at a better place (for power, or lift) I think it won't
work because the center of gravity is VERY low, it never
goes above the central hub...oh well-I have others to try!
