John, are you able to clarify for me, from eye-witness accounts or in your opinion, whether for the bi-directional wheels a "push" was required to start the wheel accelerating each & every time the wheel was stopped & started again? Or was it that once in a particular direction of rotation it could be stopped & started of its own volition as did the uni-directional wheels unless a reversal in rotational direction was required in which case a "starting push" was required ?
