Hi Adam,
As far as I know, none of Bessler's complete works is available on the Internet, just scattered excerpts on websites like this one.
I think the main reason for this is the strict and prohibitively expensive copyright policies of the Kassel Library, which owns the copyright to all of Bessler's published works.
I had a great plan to publish Maschinen Tractate online, charging a subscription fee and paying the library a percentage. But the library's non-negotiable policy is: 100 euros per manuscript plate per year.
For Maschinen Tractate, that would be 12,000 euros per year (about $12,000 per year). To me it seemed clear that there was no way I could collect enough in subscription fees to cover that cost, so I had to abort my plans.
You can buy microfilm reproductions of Bessler's works from the Kassel Library for personal use, but the process is difficult, time-consuming, and expensive. I have procured Maschinen Tractate in this way, but none of Bessler's other works so far.

: Is Bessler's publication, "The Triumphant Orffyrean Perpetual Motion," reproduced on the internet anywhere? I've searched without success (admittedly, Juno uses a pretty crappy search engine).
