My opinion is, that the first and second law is correct but must be read different.
For the first law: if energy can not be created or destroyed the following is true. When driving a car your tank will be empty soon. (old technic). When driving a car your tank will be full soon.(new technic). You see : both are covered in the first law. But there is no technic today avaialble to solve the second way. The keys to solve that problem are written from Schauberger.
For the second law: machines can only do work if there is a difference between warm and cold. That is true. For normal thinking that means: you must burn something to get the temperatur difference. (old technic)
The right way is to generate cool and get the temperature difference (new technic). An example to manage this you can find under http://www.kuenstler-energie.de
