Want to apoligize to you for putting mssg not related to your ideas/diagrams in the "re" lines. Hit "post followup" instead of "post mssg". Was purely unintentional.
There's a check I do here that can determine the feasibility of any designed device before it ever leaves the drawing board. If one considers the axle to be center of gravity, one can draw out their device in progreesive 90 degree views. Using a simple plumbbob oriented through the centers of all weights, one can map the offset of weights to the center of gravity in all 90 deg. positions.
If in all positions there is more distance from COG to weight centerline one one side of wheel/device (in one side or other consistantly, not one THEN the other), then the weights are truly out of COG with no "dead spots" and if so, one is in like Flint.
Once again sory about the post screwup, and I look forward to the additional data you spoke of.
