Alright, if I am deciphering this design correctly, he has got the "equivalent" of a rotating parrallel beam mechanism with the weights rotating in there own perfect circle, just not the one dictated by the center of the mechanism which means...OK class, what does a perfect circle mean gravitationally or centrifigally? Now if you think really hard about a unique characteristic about this arrangement you might come up with something that was probably bought and buried decades ago.
