I m fairly certain my keyboard isn't capable of creating some of the symbols in the text

I cut and pasted from the begining of the discussion board.Very strange.Sorry, but thats the second time that happened when I accessed the discusion board.Of all the other sites I look at this is the only one that gives those strange symbols.I guess my computer needs a soft ware tune up.
