First off let me say that the term I used for my design would be more aptly put "slightly slower moving half-wheel cluster in the bottom half of the wheel" just to make things more understandable. Now a circle, is a circle, is a (well ANY shape, really)- here is what happens-X weight up Y distance-X weight down Y distance. It is the same amount of energy-one is positive and the other is negative. No matter what song and dance they do! This is just the way things work in the observable universe that we know. So what you have to figure out-Something gravitationally initiated has to be at odds with something else gravitationally initiated where one of these two is "favored" over or "wins" (you could say) over the other one. So what you have to do is think up an arrangement that is very clever, imaginative, original and workable. John
