Had a look at your drawing, tell me when I got it wrong. The big lead weight, the arm, and the 6 ounce weight build sort of a 90degree angled lever construction. Pivoted around that little dot marked on the big one??? Hmmmmmm .. how did you get it to 'swing' over at 1 o'clock? As I see it I would expect it somewhere around 3 o'clock... maybe I just get it wrong, please enlighten me with your destructive insight :) .. May the force be with you.
