Note that the use of an H2O system can be exploited further still by the induction of varying charge potentials into the liquid medium before it's migration to the outer rim enabling easier "fracturing" of the water to produce Hydrogen and Oxygen, in essence a "free energy" generator whose by product are two highly energetic gasses.
